Here at Cocktail Collective we have long been admirers of the culinary skills and creative concoctions of Scottish private-catering chef and food and drink blogger Rebecca Cooks. A champion of seasonal eating and fresh organic produce which she grows in her own allotment, we’re delighted to announce a new collection of cocktails we have created together.

Rebecca Cooks X Cocktail Collective celebrates the best of seasonal produce.

Our experienced mixologists have worked alongside Rebecca to create a collection of cocktails with seasonally sourced ingredients and expertly matched flavours to create a unique at home cocktail dining experience.

This month’s specially curated box uses the best of what the winter season has to offer; sweet blood oranges, cinnamon and spice, locally foraged sloe berries, seasonal satsumas and warming comfort drinks.

Each cocktail box includes 5 unique cocktails with 8 serves in total.

St Clements Gin Fizz

"Celebrating the short but sweet blood orange season with the St Clements Gin Fizz .At their sweetest in January and February, the sweet and tart taste of blood oranges pair perfectly with gin. This cocktail brings a little sunshine to the cold winter months."

Best enjoyed with light fish dishes or a zesty fennel salad.

Pom Tom Margarita

"Sharp and fruity, exactly how I like a margarita. Vibrant red pomegranate juice paired with tequila, triple sec and complimented with a brilliantly sharp clementine salt rim. Making the very very best of winter's fruit offerings."

Best enjoyed with ceviche tostadas or a fresh beetroot & goat's cheese salad.

Sloe Berry Punch

"A fruity punch crafted from foraged sloe berries which are preserved to give this cocktail a delicious rich plum taste."

Best enjoyed with gamey meats and roast winter vegetables.

Apple Buttered Rum

"A seasonal spin on the classic 'hot toddy'. Spiced rum warmed with smoked butter and spiked with warming flavours of cinnamon and apple, this makes the perfect drink for chilly winter nights."

Best enjoyed with a rich chocolate dessert or cheese board.

Choc-Nut Orange Old Fashioned

"A twist on the iconic 'Old Fashioned' using seasonal satsumas and chocolate bitters to create a deliciously warming aperitif".

Best enjoyed with figs, pecans and chocolate desserts.
